At the Inlet site I.D. # 189

dissolved oxygen = 8 mg/l

E-coli = 1400 colonies/100 ml

PH = 9 units

B.O.D.5 = 1 mg/l

Water temp = 18 celcius

Orthophosphate = 0.1 mg/l

Nitrate = 4.4 mg/l

Nitrite = 0 mg/l

Turbidity = 15 NTU’S

Our water quality index score is ( 63 ) ( medium )

At the outlet site I.D. # 148

Dissolved oxygen = 10 mg/l

E-coli = 200 colonies /100ml

PH = 8.5 units

B.O.D.5 = 2 mg/l

Water temp = 28 celcius

Orthophosphate = 0.1 mg/l

Nitrate = 2.2 mg/l

Nitrite = 0 mg/l

Turbidity = 17 NTU’S

Our water quality index score is (67.62 ) ( high medium )

As you can see - the e-coli coming into our lake was high and the water was much cooler (springs ) The water going out of our lake had good oxygen and was warmer - but - the turbidity

was worse. The water was green with algae bloom.
